1999 Special Interest Questionnaires Every candidate receives questionnaires from special interest groups asking them what they think about issues of importance to the interest group. I will be inviting all Duluth School Board candidates to share their answers to these questionnaires on this page so that the entire community can see what the candidates have told the interest groups. The Duluth Federation of Teacher's Questionnair: The DFT is concerned about the Edison school thus the question # 2. It also asks candidates to prioritize spending but its survey does not acknowledge that any new spending in one area will require cuts somewhere else in the schools.
