News Tribune is just one of many indications that dividing the School District
in half will harm Duluth's racial diversity and climate. No decision has been
made on where to divide Duluth largely because the Red Plan can only create
racial divisions thus postponing the decision may permit it to proceed until it
can not be undone. |
