This remarkable information comes from a document that was given to the State Dept. of Education. It was never shown to the School Board. It says that to properly build the Red Plan the School Board would have to acquire an astounding 564 homes. This asinine figure was obviously used to bargain with the State Dept of Education. The District only gave this information to Let Duluth Vote in December after we insisted that the public information JCI had gathered be made available to us. Dr. Dixon gave a speech at the January meeting making it clear that no further information would be given even if it would be used to make developing a Plan Be proposal for the State's review and comment much less expensive to put together.
